If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit you perfectly or you just simply changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for either a size exchange, an alternate product or a full refund. The returned product must be in 'as new' condition, unworn and in its original packaging with labels attached. The postage for returning items is at your cost but the shipping costs for any replacement items will be at our charge. Please attach an invoice (or it's copy) along with filled out Return form (link).
If you are going to exchange purchased items, simply send them back please to our address with a short note attached.

We build our clothing to last. However, extremely rarely, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If so happens, contact us as soon as possible. We will ascertain if your product has suffered from a manufacturing defect. If it has, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the product is not available anymore. Please note that a product can not be considered defective if the problem does not occur under normal conditions of use or if it results from long term usage.
Crash. It's rarely a question of 'if'. More often it is a question of 'when", unfortunately.
In case of an accident, we might be able to repair your garment. The majority of the repairs we do are free of charge.
